- Electrical permit: Increased from $175 to $200
- Plumbing permit: Increased from $145 to $200
- Mechanical permit: Increased from $105 to $200
New Fees for Commercial Property Owners
For those constructing a 15,201 square-foot commercial building, the fee increases are as follows:
- Electrical permit: Increased from $143 to $300
- Plumbing permit: Increased from $261 to $300
- Mechanical permit: Increased from $290 to $300
Swimming Pool Trade Permits
Anyone looking to construct, install, or modify a swimming pool must obtain a swimming pool trade permit, which has also seen fee increases:
- Electrical permit: Increased from $56 to $100
- Plumbing permit: Increased from $78 to $100
Permit Fees for Generators
