If you recently joined property owners in our community this website may help you learn more about life in and around Sunrise Beach Village.

The City of Sunrise Beach Village is one of three incorporated cities in Llano County (Llano, the County seat, and Horseshoe Bay are the others).  The key to the success of our community is the incredible amount of volunteer work contributed by our citizens on a daily basis.  The efforts of these volunteer citizens, which is evident every where you turn, have allowed us to keep our property taxes at a minimum.  There are many opportunities for you to become involved in your community.

I hope that you will join us.  Whether you live here full time or just come up on the weekends, why don’t you plan to attend the Potluck Supper on the first Friday of next month?  Cook up your favorite recipe and come meet your new neighbors!

City Hall is open weekdays (except holidays) from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.  If there is any way that we can help you, just stop by or give us a call.  Please feel free to participate and enjoy the Sunrise Beach Village Community!

If you would like to meet a new neighbor, come by City Hall for a local directory and other helpful information.
